How to Fix a Frozen Garmin 750 Screen While Updating Bluetooth Firmware

Having a Garmin is useful when it's working properly. But when something goes awry, it can be frustrating. For example, your Garmin 750 may freeze as you try to update Bluetooth firmware. The device will fail to respond to any of your commands and leave you not knowing what to do. According to Garmin, the recommended fix for this problem is to reset the device.

  Turn on the Nuvi. Touch the screen and see if this fixes the problem. If not, continue to the next steps.

  Slide the power key to the left. Hold for eight seconds.

  Turn the Nuvi back on. It is now reset and should work properly.
