How to Assemble a Gravity Inversion Table
Gravity inversion therapy is a unique way to relieve back pain, reduce stress and improve circulation. For best results, hang in an upside down position for up to 15 minutes a day. The bigger challenge is putting your table together. By laying out all the parts in order of assembly and following step-by-step instructions, you should be up and running in no time.

Unfold the base assembly by moving the front frame away from the rear frame, pushing down on the middle of the two folding linkages until locked down. Slide protective covers onto each side of the base assembly, pulling down until the bottom of the covers are slightly lower than the folding linkages. Secure with the securing straps attached to the bottom of the covers.

Slide the bottom of the two pivot arms into the brackets located at each side of the main frame; insert the peg into the hole to lock into position. Secure pivot arms in one of the three holes with bolts and washers.

Attach the main frame onto the rear frame by sliding the slots in the ends of the two pivot arms into the lowest slots on the rear frame. Attach the footrest onto the height adjustment beam with the adjustment knob.

Insert the pad tube through the hole on the height adjustment beam and secure with hex bolt, lock nut and washer. Place the heel holder bracket onto the heel holder, then slide them onto the pad tube; repeat on the other side.

Attach the adjustable instep frame by pulling the spring pin and sliding completely into the height adjustment beam. Place a washer onto the hex bolt; insert the bolt through the square tube on the height adjustment beam, the ring at the bottom of the spring, and the square tube, securing with the lock nut and washer. Install a heel holder bracket and heel holder onto both sides of the adjustable instep frame.

Install the height adjustment beam into main frame by pulling the large spring pin on the main frame and inserting the height adjustment beam.

Attach the nylon strap onto the buckle by inserting the end of the strap up through the bottom of the buckle. Hook the end of the nylon strap onto the loop on the back of the main frame, and the end of the buckle strap onto the loop on the front frame.
