How to Make a Tube in Paint Shop Pro 9

Paint Shop Pro 9 is a program used to edit pictures by taking out red-eye effects, whiten teeth, brush on a tan or remove distractions from photos. A tube is an image without a background, which enables easier placement into photos you wish to edit. Removing the background from an image is simpler than you might think, allowing you to do your own creative editing of photos.
