How to Replace the Fog Light Assembly on a Dodge Neon

Fog lights built into the bumper were optional features on all Dodge Neon models. The lights were countersunk into the lower bumper to help the driver see the road on foggy nights. Dodge used small, round, halogen bulbs. When the bulb burned out, the Neon owner had to replace the fog light assembly.
