The Edge Evolution allows you to fine-tune the inner workings of your truck's engine.

The Edge Evolution is a diagnostic and performance enhancing tool that helps users unlock the full potential of their truck. It allows you to monitor all of your engine's vital functions and fine-tune your engine performance to meet your exact needs. The Edge Evolution is installed on the dashboard of your truck in a pod that gives the device a factory look, plugging into the truck's diagnostic connector.

Instructions

    • 1

      Insert the rubber gasket into the mounting pod that came with the Edge evolution.

      Place a piece of double-sided sticky tape on the inside edges of the mounting pod where the pod will come in contact with the dash.

      Insert the Edge Evolution into the mounting pod.

    • 4

      Plug the OBDII cable that came with the device into the back of the Edge Evolution.

      Open the truck's drivers side door and remove the access panel cover on the side of the dashboard.

      Feed the OBDII cable that is plugged into the device through the dash access panel opening and out of the bottom of the dash.

    • 7

      Remove the backing from the double sided sticky tape and mount the Edge Evolution on the dash to the left of the steering wheel. Press the sides of the mounting pod in place to ensure the sticky tape adheres.

      Replace the dash access panel cover.

    • 9

      Insert the truck's key into the ignition and turn it to the "On" position. Do not start the truck.

    • 10

      Plug the OBDII cable into the truck's diagnostic connector port. The diagnostic connector port is often located below the dash to the right of the steering wheel. See your truck's manual for its exact location. The Edge Evolution will turn on after the cable is plugged in.

      Press the "Enter" button on the Edge Evolution. Follow the setup guide to setup the Edge Evolution for your specific truck.
