Find websites of the nursing homes to learn what openings each has available. Many websites have a Jobs or Careers section listed on their main page. If there are no available listings, call the nursing home to find out what openings are currently available and it they are accepting applications.

Send resumes to nursing homes. Even if the company doesn't have an opening in your desired line of work, sending a resume for them to have on file doesn't hurt. A position may become available.
