Walmart is one of the biggest employers in the United States. There are thousands of stores located in the U.S., Mexico and other countries. As an employee, you can view your paycheck stub online. The stub can be printed and used as proof of income. The stub available online is similar to the stub you receive with your paycheck. Walmart employees can use the store's associate website to view a paycheck stub and other tasks such as apply for benefits and view newsletters.

Instructions

      Access Walmart's associate website (see References). Click "Register" to create an online account.

      Enter your birthdate, date of hire and Social Security number in the appropriate fields. Your date of hire can be obtained from the human resources department of the Walmart store where you work. Click "Continue."

      Provide your personal email address. The email address will be used to send notifications concerning your online account.

      Select five secret questions from the drop-down boxes. You may be required in the future to answer these questions to verify your identity. You may also be asked the questions if you forget your user ID and password.

      Select a user ID and password. The user ID must be at least seven characters long. Your password must be at least six characters long and contain at least two numbers. In the future, you will gain access to the associate website using your user ID and password.

      Agree to the "Terms and Conditions" and log in using the user ID and password you created.

      Select "My Money" from the top menu and click "Payroll." Select the date of the check you want to view. You can also download and print the pay stub if you choose. Click "Print" to download and print a copy of the pay stub you are currently viewing.
