Visit the administrator password retrieval site (see Resources).

Enter your administrator name in the Admin Username field, and type the displayed security code in the security field. The security code consists of upper- and lowercase letters.

Click "Continue" and enter the answer to your account's security question.

Click "Enter" and wait for the site to email you your password. Open your email client, and open the email message from InternetSafety.com.
