How to Build Your Own RCA to VGA Converter
Audio/visual devices can connect to televisions using a number of signal cables, including RCA cables. In the event that you want to connect your audio/visual device to another display, such as a computer monitor, you must find a way to convert your RCA signal into a VGA signal: the signal accepted by all computer monitors. To convert this signal, you must construct your own RCA-to-VGA converter cable. As long as you have the right equipment, you can do this easily.
