How do I Use a Gateway FPD1500 Monitor?
Your Gateway FPD1500 15.1 inch monitor is able to connect to either a standard analog monitor port or to use a digital monitor port, if your computer uses a video card with digital compatibility. After the monitor is properly connected to your computer and tilted to the proper angle, you may want to adjust the settings manually for optimal viewing. The monitor includes a built-in menu for changing settings such as the brightness and image position.

Connect the blue analog cable to the analog port on the bottom of the monitor if your computer uses an analog video connection. Connect the black digital cable to the digital port on the bottom of the monitor instead if your computer uses a digital video connection.
