How to Uninstall Level Four for the HP C4280

Open your computer's Web browser and go to the download page for the "HP Officejet Software and Driver Removal Utility" (see Resources). You need this utility on your computer to perform a "Level Four" uninstall of your HP C4280 printer. Click the "Download" button to download the removal utility to your hard drive.

Double-click the icon for the downloaded software and driver removal utility. You don't need to install the program in order to run it -- the main program interface will appear right away.

Select "Level 4" from the main menu and click "Next."

Click "Finish" to perform a "Level Four" uninstall of your HP C4280 printer on your computer.
