Instructions

    • 1

Decide which swag suits you and your home best. Both styles are easy to place. Take proper measurements of your windows to insure the best fit for your swag.

    • 2

Set up your stepladder, making sure to place safely to ensure no injury while applying your swag. Have curtains within easy reach.

    • 3

Remove your curtain rod, if applying streamlined swags. Take the removed rod and place the streamlined swag's rings through the curtain rod. Reattach the rod back on window and adjust the swag to your preference.

    • 4

Apply drape swags by stepping on your ladder. Be careful, some drape swags can be long depending on the size of your window and can easily get wrapped around the ladder or your legs while trying to install your swags.

    • 5

Take your drape swag and drape it across the rod by hooking the swag over each end of the curtain rod. Once again, make sure the swag is evenly placed for best results. If you want a more intricate look, wrap the drape swag around the curtain rod and adjust to make loops.
