How to Insert a Calendar in a Microsoft Publisher Brochure
Microsoft Publisher is a comprehensive desktop publishing program sold as a standalone piece or as part of the Office line or software. Publisher users can create a variety of material ranging from newsletters and invitations to pamphlets and brochures. Each document may be customized using a variety of features, such as the Design Gallery Object. The Gallery provides users with a palette of objects, such as mastheads and calendars, to insert directly into the document. You can insert a calendar into a Microsoft Publisher brochure by following a few steps.

Open the Publisher file that contains the brochure into which you want to add the calendar.

Access the Design Gallery Object tool by clicking the "Insert" menu and selecting the "Design Gallery Object" option. This action will launch a separate "Design Gallery" window that lists a variety of object that may be inserted into the brochure.

Click the "Calendars" option under the "Categories" section if the "Design Gallery" window. A selection of calendars will appear in the right section of the window. Click once on the calendar type that you want to add to the brochure, choose a month and year from the "Options" panel at the right, and click the "Insert Object" button.

Adjust the size of the calendar by clicking on one of the small dots on the border and dragging to the appropriate size while holding down the mouse button. The calendar may be moved to another location within the brochure by clicking once on the calendar and dragging to another area while holding down the mouse button.
