How to Make a Paper Dress Garland
A paper dress garland is a garland made with handmade paper dresses on a string or line of ribbon. When the garland is complete, you have a line of garland that resembles little girl's dress on a clothesline. Hang it on the wall to decorate a child's room or nursery. The options for individuality are abundant, as one can go with a specific color scheme or dress theme.

Decorative ribbon can add excitement to your project. Cut a length of ribbon to be your clothesline. Make sure it is long enough to hold all of your dresses, with 2 to 3 inches in between each, and extra ribbon on the ends for hanging.

Tips & Warnings
Choose a ribbon at least ½ inch wide, as thin ribbons tangle easily when you hang your paper dress garland.
If you hang your paper dresses on your ribbon clothesline before the glue dries, your embellishments could come off.
