As training continues and confidence grows, allow the technicians to begin making more of the repairs themselves, until they are able to work independently.

4. Sponsor the copier technician to attend brand certification courses. Major brands of photocopier manufacturers offer certification programs that verify that a technician has received special training for servicing that particular brand of copier. Sending technicians to these certification programs provides more extensive training and adds to the credibility of your company.
