How to Change the Air Filter on Bikes

by Contributing WriterUpdated June 12, 2017

The Honda bike is a custom cruiser motorcycle with a Honda bike engine. The air filter on this motorcycle is located under the rear seat inside a plastic air intake box. An air filter keeps particles that could harm the engine out of the air flowing into it. If the air filter becomes dirty or clogged with use, it will need to be replaced, so it will filter the air properly and allow for proper airflow. If the air doesn't flow properly, your engine could lose horsepower and fuel mileage.
