How to Wash Your Face With Milk thumbnail
Milk is beneficial for your skin.

Milk is not just good to drink, but also good for your skin when applied topically. Cleopatra, the well-known Egyptian pharaoh, supposedly took baths in milk to make her skin more beautiful. Milk contains vitamins and lactic acid, which are all good for the skin. Lactic acid is an alpha hydroxy acid, which helps exfoliate the skin. Milk is more gentle than many facial washes containing alpha hydoxy acids, which is good if you have sensitive skin. Washing your face with milk helps to gently remove dead skin cells, giving the skin a bright, smooth appearance. Does this Spark an idea?
