How to Unlock the Reason 4 Demo

Propellerhead's Reason has become one of the leading virtual synthesizer and sequencing tools for producers of music of every electronic genre. Its ability to emulate classic synths and drum machines has given it much acclaim, but the demo version only allows the user to get a very basic idea of its capabilities. In order to unlock the demo, you will need to purchase the full version, and install that one in its place. Follow the right steps and you can go from the restricted use of the Reason demo to using all of its features without time limitations.

Instructions

1. Go to the "Buy" section of the Propellerhead website, and click on the full version of Reason that you want to use. Select the region/country that you are located in by selecting the appropriate flag. The Reason comes in four versions, all varying in price and features. Click "Add to Cart," then "Continue with Checkout."

2. Create an account on the next screen. This user account will allow you to perform product registration in the future, and allow you to continue with the purchasing process.

3. Buy the full version of Reason. Enter your billing and payment information in the appropriate fields, then click "Continue with checkout." A verification email will be sent to you once the payment has been completed.

4. Install the full version of Reason once it arrives in the mail. Insert "Disc1," then when prompted, insert the other two discs. You will receive three disks in total with the full content, such as samples and synthesizer patches, whereas the demo only contains a condensed version.

5. Uninstall the demo version of Reason by going to "Start," " Control Panel," "Add/Remove Programs," and double-clicking "Reason Demo" from the list of installed programs. Select "Uninstall" and wait for the process to complete. Your version of Reason will now be fully functional, with the save feature included.
