The 1999.5 Nissan Pathfinder was a mid-year model rejuvenation of the 1999 Nissan Pathfinder released less than six months after the original model. The Pathfinder is a sport utility four-wheel drive vehicle that debuted in 1986. Among some of the highlights of the 1999.5 model were improved horsepower and updated interior and exterior styling. The 1999.5 Pathfinder also featured a new trim level called the SE Limited which was produced in two more colors, crimson blaze red and Sherwood green.

      Examine the front and rear ends. The front end of the 1999.5 Nissan Pathfinder is completely overhauled. The most noticeable difference is the grill design and higher hood than the 1999 Pathfinder. Multi-Parabola headlights also replaced the standard headlight design of the old model.
