How to Set the Time on an Athletic Works Watch

An Athletic Works watch shows time with a digital display. It is battery-powered and water resistant up to 100 feet. The watch lights up at the touch of a button so you can see what time it is in the dark. It has a stopwatch for timing events and a daily calendar. If your Athletic Works watch needs adjusting, such as when you travel to a different time zone or when the battery runs out, you can easily set it.

Instructions

1. Press the "Mode" button until the seconds blink.

2. Press the "Start/Stop" button to set the seconds to "00."

3. Press the "Reset" button. The minute digits will blink.

4. Press the "Start/Stop" button to advance the minutes to the correct time.

5. Press the "Reset" button. The hour digits will blink.

6. Press the "Start/Stop" button to advance the hours to the correct time, and then press the "Reset" button. Continue in this fashion to set the day of the month, month and day of the week. Press the "Mode" button to finish and save the changes.
