How to Copy a SIM Card From Inside Windows Mobile 6
The subscriber identity module (SIM) card is what some mobile networks use to identify phones on its network. In addition to subscriber information, the SIM card can also hold contact information and text messages. Most mobile phones allow you to choose between the phone's internal memory and the SIM card to save information. They also let you copy information back and forth between the two storage options. If you use a Windows Mobile 6 smartphone, you can copy information from the SIM card through the native operating system without outside programs or devices.

Tips & Warnings
Copying the SIM information to your phone doesn't erase the contents of the SIM card. The information will remain on the card and if you have set up your phone to show both SIM information and phone information on view, you will see duplicate entries.
CDMA carriers like Verizon and Sprint do not have SIMs in their phones, don't use SIM card and therefore don't offer any option to copy or transfer information from a SIM card.
Cloning a SIM card is the act of copying all information, including the subscriber information, to another SIM card. This act is illegal in some jurisdictions and against the terms and conditions of nearly all mobile service contracts.
These instructions may vary depending on the brand and model of Windows Mobile phone you are using. They may also vary according to the version of Windows Mobile 6 installed on your phone. Consult the phone's user manual for specific product information and instructions.
