Thane Fitness is the company that released the Ab Doer Pro, which was designed by John Abdo. This fitness machine was made to help you exercise the core muscles of your body so that they can become stronger and leaner. The AB Doer Pro is also designed so that you can exercise in a sitting position instead of lying on your back or standing up.

Place your feet so that they are spread more than shoulder-width apart while standing with your back facing toward the Ab Doer Pro. Sit down and place your back against the back rest of the Ab Doer Pro.

Use your hands to grip the handle bars on both the left and right side of the Ab Doer Pro machine.

Move your body by leaning down toward your left side. Keep your back straight while you lean toward the left. Hold the position while seated in your Ab Doer Pro for five to 10 seconds and then return to an upright position. Move your body by leaning down toward your right side and hold the position for five to 10 seconds and then return to an upright position.

Press forward with your body as far as you can while still sitting in the Ab Doer Pro with your feet firmly planted on the ground. Hold your body still in this position for five to 10 seconds and then return to a sitting position in the Ab Doer Pro.

Press forward again and twist your body to the left. Keep your body held still in the position for five to 10 seconds while sitting in the Ab Doer Pro and return to a sitting position. Press forward and twist your body to the right. Hold your body still in this position for five to 10 seconds.

Press forward and twist your body to the left while also leaning back as far as you can with the other side of your body. Hold your body still in this position for five to 10 seconds and return to a sitting position. Press forward and twist your body to the right while leaning back as far as you can with the left side of your body. Hold the same position in the opposite direction for five to 10 seconds and return to a sitting position.

Press forward and bring your left hand down to your left knee. Return to a sitting position after completing the task in the Ab Doer Pro. Press forward again and bring your right hand to your right knee. Return to a sitting position in the Ab Doer Pro.
