Avaya Twinning Instructions

Tips & Warnings
Once a number has been chosen you can enable and disable the feature by just pressing the "Enable" or "Disable" key.
If you wish to change the twinning number, press the "Clear" key when the number comes up. You can then enter the new number.
You can ask your system administrator to set a single button to automatically bring up the "twinning" function. This will save you many steps in the process.
When the phone is set to "twin" you cannot answer the call on the main phone.
If you have an operator system, this will also not allow the switchboard to retrieve this call, as it will go immediately to the mobile device.
