How to Change the Nose Bridge on Adidas Sunglasses

Adidas, a recent addition to the sunglasses market, is becoming well known for their sporting sunglasses for regular and extreme sports. Some of their models come with interchangeable nose bridges so that you can find the best fit for your face. You will have to buy them from an authorized Adidas dealer or from an online store. You must buy a nose bridge that is made for your particular model of sunglasses. Once you have the new bridge, it should take about 5 minutes to complete the process.

Things You'll Need

• New nose bridge
• Exacto knife
• Plastic glue

Instructions

1. Place your sunglasses on a table with the nose bridge facing you.

2. Push out the blade on the Exacto knife to its fullest extension. Carefully use the blade to peel back the rubber nose bridge from the plastic headset of the sunglasses. Once you've made the first break in the connection of the rubber nose piece to the sunglasses, you can pull the rest off with your hand.

3. Put a small dab of glue on both sides of the new nose bridge and push it into the guiding rails that are part of the sunglasses. The glue ensures that there will be no slippage when you sweat or the glasses get wet.

4. Press on the new nose bridge for a solid two minutes to ensure a solid fit. Then with the Exacto knife, cut away any glue that may have seeped out.
