Instructions

    • 1

Create a design for your pens using a word processor or graphics software.

    • 2

Gently wash each pen with a damp cloth and dry with paper towels.

    • 3

Load your printer with a sheet of rub-on decal paper, make sure that the matte side will be printed on.

    • 4

Set your print resolution to high, and select "Photo Gloss" as the paper type.

    • 5

Print your design and use a tissue to carefully blot away any excess ink.

    • 6

Trim the adhesive paper to a size that is a little larger than the image, and remove the backing.

    • 7

Stick the adhesive paper on top of the printed decal, slowly pressing it down from one corner to the next to avoid creating air bubbles.

    • 8

Cut out the decal, staying as close to the edge of the image as possible.

    • 9

Peel off the adhesive paper and press it down onto the surface of the plastic pen. Rub the back of the paper firmly with a popsicle stick.

    • 10

Grab hold of the corner of the paper and gently peel it away, leaving your decal on the pen.
