How to Add on Bling Rhinestones

Things You'll Need

• Marker
• Pen
• Craft or fabric glue

Instructions

1. Plan the location of the rhinestones on the garment. Once attached, rhinestones may be difficult to remove or leave unsightly dots of glue behind. Planning rhinestone placement ahead of time can prevent mistakes or damage to your garment.

2. Draw a very small dot with a marker or pen to mark the location of each rhinestone.

3. Place a small dot of craft or fabric glue onto the back of the rhinestone.

4. Press the rhinestone into place on the pre-marked location, and repeat for each rhinestone.

5. Let the glue dry before using or wearing the blinged-out garment.

Tips & Warnings

• The type of glue you'll need depends on the garment that you're decorating. Craft glue works well for paper or plastic objects. For clothing, use fabric glue. A mixture of epoxy and hardener works best on leather items, like handbags, shoes or jackets.
