How to Stop Binge Drinking

The UK has an established culture of heavy drinking in nightlife settings, according to researchers from Liverpool John Moores University. In addition, the Parliamentary Office of Science and Technology estimate that 23 per cent of adult males and 9 per cent of adult females engage in binge drinking. Quitting will take some effort if you are a regular binge drinker, but it may be the best thing you ever do. The benefits of stopping include better general health, better relationships and more money to spend on other things.
