How to Use Hyperlinks in Microsoft Excel
You can use hyperlinks in Microsoft Excel to link to Web pages, server paths or other documents within your computer. Hyperlinks are helpful because they give you quick access to documents that are not readily accessible in your workbook. When your cursor gets close to a hyperlink, it becomes the shape of a hand with a finger. This is your indicator that the hyperlink is live and will transport you to another file location or Web page.
