How to Uninstall Sonic Update Manager

Uninstalling Sonic Update Manager, a secondary service which automatically runs updates for the Roxio's Record Now software, involves two choices. If a corrupt or missing Start Menu uninstall shortcut exists, the Windows uninstaller section of the Control panel provides the best way to remove Sonic Update Manager.   1. Add and Remove Programs (Windows Control Panel)

      Click the "Start" button and select the "Control Panel" link.

      Click the "Programs" section and choose "Uninstall a program."

      Click the "Sonic Update Manager" entry and select the "Uninstall" button.
