How to Use a Proxy to Manipulate Cookies

A proxy gives you the ability to bypass Internet restrictions administered on a network, and it enables you to browse the Web with your IP address hidden behind its server. Proxies also help you manage cookies when surfing the World Wide Web. These cookies are installed in your computer's hard drive when you visit certain websites so they can track your online searching habits and associate them to personal accounts you might have, such as Gmail. By using a proxy to manage cookies, you will be able to decide which websites can leave cookies in your operating system.

Instructions
