How to Get Digsby to Work Behind a Proxy
Digsby is a multi-protocol instant messaging client with support for the most popular instant messaging networks, including AOL, Yahoo!, Live Messenger and Google Talk. You can use Digsby to connect to your instant messaging and social networks from behind a proxy network connection with a few tweaks to the program. Digsby can either use the default system proxy settings or you can specify a custom proxy connection by accessing the "Connection Settings" panel.

Launch Digsby.

Click "Connection Settings" at the Digsby login screen.

Click "Use default system settings" if you have a system-level proxy configuration. Click "Specify proxy settings" and enter the proxy server settings that Digsby should use if you would like to customize the proxy that Digsby should use.

Click "OK" when you have correctly configured Digsby and log in to your account to begin using Digsby behind a proxy.
