Enter your first and last name and click "Search for Property." Review the list of matches and identify any you feel belong to you.

Click "More Details" to see additional details about the unclaimed property. Click "Request Claim Form" to start your request for the unclaimed property.

Register on the site to start the claim process. Log on to the site and complete the claim form online. Follow the instructions on the form and submit the completed form, along with any required documentation, to the address listed on the claim form.
