How to Program a Toyota Key
Chips keys are available as accessories on vehicles around the world, and these keys can be programmed up to three or four at a time to your car. Many Toyota vehicles offer this technology, and give you the opportunity to program your own keys to your vehicle aftermarket. The keys, also known as transponder keys, can be synced in just minutes to your engine and you will have them ready to use right away.

Close all the car's doors and windows and lock and unlock the door using your smart key.

Enter the car and insert your key into the ignition without turning the key.

Wait for the security light to turn on and remain on and leave your key in the ignition for an additional 15 seconds.

Remove your key from the ignition and press the brake pedal five times to end the programming sequence.
