Launch your version of "Nero." Click on "Nero ShowTime."

Select the "Source" button to start your video file or, if "Nero ShowTime" is your default media player, wait for the video to load. Locate the "Nero ShowTime" control panel, located on the right side of the screen.

Click the "Subtitles" button to toggle the subtitles of any video file on and off.
