How to Use Mr. Clean Magic Eraser With Liquid Cleaners
The Proctor & Gamble Mr. Clean Magic Eraser is a cleaning sponge made from BASF Basotect melamine resin foam--interlocking melamine resin strands that create a cell-like structure that becomes as hard as glass when moistened. The eraser cleans dirt and stains from surfaces by wearing at the substance just like a pencil eraser. The cells of the foam then collect and pull away the dirt or staining material. Manufacturers design liquid cleaners to help break up dirt and stains. As a result, using your Mr. Clean Magic Eraser with a liquid cleaner only requires that you pre-treat surfaces with cleaner before using the eraser. Does this Spark an idea?

Dispose of and replace the rinse water as needed while you clean. Tips & Warnings
Always test your damp Mr. Clean Magic Eraser on an inconspicuous area of your cleaning surface prior to cleaning it to make sure you don't scratch the surface. Melamine resin foam is extremely hard at a microscopic level and can scratch surfaces easily.
Never clean a surface with a dry Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. The eraser will break apart. Additionally, use of high pressure or force while cleaning with a damp eraser can break up the foam.
