How to Make a Man's Hairpiece

You'll have flowing locks in no time.

Whether you wish to cover up your bald spot or are interested in making a wig, a man's hairpiece is for you. They are relatively straightforward to make and can be made from ordinary, everyday materials.

Things You'll Need

• French lace
• Synthetic hair
• Elastic string
• Scissors
• Needle
• Thread

Instructions

1. Cut the french lace to fit the size of the top of your head. The easiest way to do this is to measure the dimensions of your regular hair line.

2. Use the needle and thread to sew the synthetic hair into bundles of about 20 to 30 strands each.

3. Attach the bundles of hair to the french lace. Try and fill up the space as much as possible.

4. Thread the elastic string close to the outer edge of the french lace and cut it so that it fits snugly around your scalp. Tie the two ends together.

5. Test out the hairpiece. It should sit in place and not feel too tight or loose.
