How to Unblock the Site Proxy Information
A proxy site gives you access to websites that are being restricted on a network that's operating filtering software or firewalls. These security products help network administrators monitor a network, and although a proxy site will enable you to bypass these browsing restrictions, some of these products are capable of finding and blocking established or old proxy sites. Visit the Public Proxy Servers website to access unblocked proxy sites (see Resources). Public Proxy Servers is a resourceful website that provides you with an extensive list of proxy sites sorted by rating, country, domain and last test. When accessing the list of proxy sites displayed on the Public Proxy Servers website, you will be able to see each proxy's rating, country of origin and time when each proxy was tested last, plus you will also be able to see how long each proxy site has been online, which will help you determine which ones are the newest options. To access a proxy site using Public Proxy Servers, click on the link that belongs to the proxy site you would like to use and you will be redirected to its main page so you can begin accessing any website that is being blocked on your network.

Browse to the Centurian site and gain access to new proxy sites that have not yet been blocked on your network (see Resources). Centurian delivers a large list of free proxy sites that will help you access restricted web content through any network that is operating filtering software or firewalls. On the Centurian website you will be able to sort proxy sites by "Newest first," so you can view the proxy sites that have been added to the Internet recently. Ultimately, this will help you determine which proxy sites have a bigger chance of not being blocked on your network. The list of proxy sites featured on the Centurian website are sorted by country, URL, speed, number of hits and by the date each proxy site was added.

Go to the Top Bits website and use its list of new proxy sites to find one that hasn't been blocked on your network (see Resources). Top Bits is a website that hosts hundreds of pages with proxy sites. When you navigate to this website you will see a list of "New Proxies," which are sorted by the browsing speed each proxy site delivers, country where the proxy is located and number of hits or visitors each proxy has had, plus you will also be able to see each proxy's age (time online). Top Bits updates its proxy list constantly; therefore, you will easily be able to find a proxy site that is not blocked on your network. This is because when proxy sites are very new, the filtering software or firewall on your network isn't able to trace them. To access an unblocked proxy site through Top Bits, simply click on the link that corresponds to the proxy you would like to use to surf the Internet.

Tips & Warnings
Every proxy site gets blocked eventually; therefore, you may have to click on several proxy site options before you find one that is not blocked on your network. However, this will depend on how prolific the restrictions on your network are.
