How to Install a Virgin Mobile Broadband2Go

Installing the Virgin Mobile Broadband2Go software on your computer helps to ensure you will be able to connect to the Internet using your Virgin Mobile connection card. The software is preloaded on your card and can be installed within minutes. The program's installation wizard guides you through the setup device, which allows you to select the settings that you prefer. The program needs to be installed on each computer that is going to use the connection card.

  • Remove the protective cap from the connection card and gently insert it into an available USB port.

  • Wait for the computer to recognize the card. The Virgin Mobile Broadband2Go program should automatically open.

  • Follow the prompts to properly install the software. The installation wizard takes you through activating the product and configuring your device. You need your connection card's account number and serial number to install the software. The account number and serial number can be found on the card's packaging.

  • Restart your computer with the connection card still inserted. Double-click the "Broadband2Go" icon on the computer's desktop to launch the program. Click "Connect" to start a broadband connection.
