Why Can I View an Attachment in Web Access but not in Outlook 2007?
If you cannot open an attachment in Outlook 2007 but you can in Outlook Web Access, you've come across the Inline attachment error. Enter your login details and click "Login."

Browse through your email until you find the email with an attachment. Click the email to open it.

Click the attachment link in Outlook Web Access. Depending on your Web browser you may be prompted to set a download location. Once the attachment has downloaded you will be able to work with it on your computer.
