How to Install DMG
DMG files are provided by developers for the installation of applications. When using Apple software, installations are carried out by copying the application from the DMG image to your hard drive. This process can be completed in a few simple steps.

Double-click your DMG image to mount it. Open Finder to display its contents.

Click the "jelly bean" in the upper-right corner of the window or open another Finder window that displays your Applications folder.

Drag and drop the application's icon from the DMG image on to the top of your Applications folder. The application's contents will now be extracted to your system.

Launch your Applications folder to confirm that the application was installed from the DMG image. You can double-click the program from your Applications folder to run it.

Navigate back to the window showing the contents of the DMG image and click the Eject button to unmount the DMG image. You can either delete or save the image for later use.
