How to Find Work Cleaning Out Foreclosures
Starting a foreclosure cleaning business can be a lucrative business during periods of housing decline. When homes are foreclosed upon, homeowners often leave behind things they no longer need or want. Homes in foreclosure are also more likely than not to be in need of repair and maintenance, as well as cleaning. The banks need these properties cleaned and repaired so that they can sell them. Cleaning out foreclosures can include both inside and outside work.
