Sign up for an account with any online flash presentation service website like Video Thang, Animoto or Slideroll. Enter your personal information, including name, email address and website.

Download the website application if required by the slide-show program you decide to use. Some sites have a small program application you will use from your computer, and others complete the entire slide show online. These download applications are very small and take only a few minutes to download and install.

Take the website tutorial showing you how to use the site. The tutorial usually takes only a few minutes to view or read and is very straightforward.

Choose a theme you want to try from the available options. You can always change themes once you have loaded the pictures, and the changes will show automatically.

Upload your pictures to the flash program and theme you are using by clicking on the "Browse" button. Make sure your pictures have been sized to the specification set by the program. Often a picture needs to be sized to between 600 and 1000 pixels. Open your digital imaging software and click "Image" from the toolbar. Some programs will use different commands but it will be something similar to this command. Select "Image Size" and input the size you need. Click "Save as" and name the file whatever you want. Click the "Browse" button again in the flash program to load the image into the slide show.

Experiment with the features of the site by adding text and choosing different methods for the text to appear, or different fonts. Do this by clicking one of the font options available and selecting the appearance with the easy buttons available with the program. Try different themes and add music by clicking the "Add audio" or "Add Music" button and choosing one of the music files listed. If you don't like the way it looks or the way it sounds change your audio file, or change the appearance with the easy-to-use buttons.

Save the file to your computer by clicking "Save to Computer" or upload it to your site by clicking "Upload to Website." Wait for a window to appear giving you the code you need to copy and paste to your website code in the area where you want it to appear.
