Instructions

    • 1

Use the glue gun to attach the snakes to the wig. If it is a longer haired wig, it would be wise to cut it into a shorter wig, as you want the snakes to be the prominent feature of this hair piece, not the hair itself. You will attach the snakes by gluing their tail ends to the wig, with their faces sticking out.

    • 2

Glue some snakes facing down on the sides and bangs area of the wings so that they will lie on the face when the wig is on. Around the crown area of the wig, some snakes can be glued on their sides so they look like they're slithering around on the scalp.

    • 3

Let the glue dry by hanging the wig over something sturdy. Once the glue is dry and the snakes are held on securely, you can try on your easy-to-make Medusa wig.

Tips & Warnings

  • If you are having problems keeping snakes glued to your wig, or if you have more time to work on this project, you can use a thicker needle and some thread to stitch them to the wig instead. This method is much more time consuming, but worth it for a wig that needs to withstand more than just a night of trick or treating.
