How to Sign in SBC Global

Not being able to sign in to your SBC Global email account could prevent you from receiving important and possibly time-sensitive emails. The most common problems that user are likely to experience when trying to sign in to an SBC Global account are not knowing where to go in order to log in, not knowing how to correctly enter an email address or password, and forgetting an email address or password altogether.

Instructions

1. Go to the Yahoo Mail website. SBC Global is affiliated with AT&T Yahoo so this where you go to sign into your SBC Global account to check your email.

2. Enter your SBC Global email address into the "Email" field on the right side of the page. This field is not case-sensitive so you don't need to remember if any of the letters are capitalized in your email address. However, you do need to enter your full email address, such as "[e-mail]"

3. Enter the password for your SBC Global email address in the "Password" field on the right side of the page just below your email address. This field is case-sensitive, so you do need to remember if any of the letters in your password are capitalized. If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Password" link below the "Password" field and follow the on-screen prompts to retrieve it.

4. Click "Sign in" on the lower right side of the page once you have entered your email address and password.
