Connect the zip drive into the computer.

Click the round button in the bottom left corner of the screen, then click "Control Panel."

Click "System and Security." Go to "Administrative Tools." Double-click "Computer Management."

Click "Disk Management" in the left column. Right-click the zip drive in the right column and select "Format."
