How to Create Envelope Labels
Envelope labels can easily be created using Microsoft Word 2007. Microsoft Word has easy tools to use to create an entire page of the same label.

Click on the mailings tab at the top of the page. Select the labels icon.

Type the name and address in the text box as you would like it to appear on your label. Right click anywhere in the address text box to change the font type,style and size. Select the font. A new box will appear. You can then customize your labels by selecting a particular font type, style and size. A preview of your selections will show in the box at the bottom.

Select full page of same label.

Click anywhere in the box titled label. Select the type of printer you will be using, either continuous fed, or page printer. Under label vendors, select Avery US letter from the drop down box. Under product number select 5160. Click OK.

Click "New document." A complete page of the same label will now show in your page view.

Insert a blank sheet of labels into your printer according to your printer's specifications. Your printer should state whether the sheet should be face up or face down. Click the Microsoft icon in the top left corner. Select print from the drop-down box. Select the print icon from the list. Choose your printer and number of copies you would like to print then select OK.
