How to Tweak a Comcast Modem
You can tweak a Comcast Internet modem by adjusting the modem's configuration on your computer. Your Comcast modem has no LED or LCD indicator screen of any kind, so any configuration changes to the modem can be done on your computer using the Network and Sharing Center. The Network and Sharing Center is a native utility found in your Control Panel that lets you manage all aspects of your computer's networking connections. This will allow you to make any changes you'd like to the way the modem operates.
