Outlook Express Problem: One or More Pictures Cannot Be Found thumbnail
Outlook Express may block images from appearing within email messages.

When someone sends you an email that contains pictures, you should be able to open the message in Outlook Express and see the image files directly in the body of the email or view them as attachments. However, Outlook Express has a default security setting that may prevent you from being able to open images. If you receive an error saying that pictures cannot be found, you will need to adjust the security settings in Outlook Express.
