How to Automate the Enabling of Usage Rights in Adobe Reader

When you are working with a Portable Document Format (PDF) file in the Adobe Reader application you can enable the PDF form at any time. Enabling the form allows you to have access to more tools that help to edit the form. For example, by enabling the usage rights in Adobe Reader you can save form data, comment, use drawing mark-up tools, digitally sign a document and sign in an existing signature field.
