How to Fix the Zoom Size Changes in Windows 7

Windows 7 features a magnifier that easily allows users to zoom screens on their computer. However, users may find that zooming in too close can cause the rest of the screen to appear incorrectly. You can fix a screen in which you have zoomed in by resetting the zoom so that the screen is back to its default size. Then you can adjust it to your preference. This procedure takes only a moment to complete.

  • Press and hold the "Ctrl" key.

  • Press the "0" key. Watch as the screen returns to the original setting of 100 percent size.

  • Press "Ctrl" and "+" simultaneously to zoom in. Conversely, press "Ctrl" and "-" simultaneously to zoom out.
